This page permanently deletes your Callie's Mahjong account and everything attached to it. Sign in so we know it is your account, confirm once, and it is done.
Accounts aren't switched on yet. Callie's Mahjong doesn't have accounts today. They arrive with the leaderboard update, and this page goes live with them. There is nothing to delete yet, and nothing you need to do.
What gets deleted
Everything that makes up your account, permanently and all at once:
- Your account itself, including the link to the Apple or Google sign-in you used to create it.
- Your username, and the display name other players saw beside it.
- Your season history: every season you have played, not just the current one.
- Your place on the leaderboard. Your Season Points and your Table Rating disappear from every board they appear on, including past seasons.
None of it can be restored afterwards, by you or by us. There is no waiting period and no undo, so please be sure before you confirm.
"Delete my account" and "delete my rank" are the same thing here
They read as two different requests, so it is worth saying plainly: this page only does the whole thing. There is no way to leave the leaderboard while keeping your account, and no way to keep your scores while deleting your account. If what you want is to stop appearing on the board but go on playing, email us at support@calliesmahjong.com before deleting. We would rather hear what you need than have you delete something you wanted to keep.
What this does not touch
- Your subscription or purchase. Those are held by Apple or Google, not by us, and deleting your account does not cancel or refund them. Cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings or in Google Play, under Subscriptions.
- The game on your device. Your settings, your tile set, and your own single-player stats live on your device and in your personal iCloud or Google backup. They stay exactly as they are, and the game keeps working.
- Anything private. Nothing that is being deleted was ever visible to anyone but you and the leaderboard, and the Privacy Policy's Leaderboard and Accounts section describes what we hold in full.
Delete your account
Sign in
Use the same Apple or Google sign-in you use to play. This is the only way we can tell your account from someone else's, which is why there is no box here for typing a username or an email address.
Confirm
Your account is deleted
Your account, your username, and your season history are gone, and your scores have been removed from the leaderboard. Nothing is held in reserve and there is nothing further for you to do.
The game on your device still works, and your single-player stats and settings are untouched. If you ever want to play on the board again, signing in from the app creates a fresh account.
If you also pay for a subscription, remember that it is held by Apple or Google and is still running. Cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings or in Google Play.
If something goes wrong
If this page will not complete your deletion, email support@calliesmahjong.com and we will delete the account for you. That is a backstop for when the page fails, not the way you are meant to do this. You never need our permission and you never need to explain why.
