Try these steps in order: (1) Force-quit the app and reopen it. (2) Restart your iPhone or iPad. (3) Delete and reinstall the app — your progress is stored locally so a reinstall may resolve corruption issues. If none of these help, contact us and we'll look into it.
How do I request a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's refund process. We're not able to issue refunds directly, but we're happy to help troubleshoot any issues first.
Does the app work offline?
Yes — Callie's Mahjong works entirely on your device with no internet connection required.
Does it support VoiceOver and other accessibility features?
Yes. Callie's Mahjong has full VoiceOver support with spoken play-by-play, an Accessibility Mode with tap-friendly alternatives to dragging, larger text, higher-contrast visuals, and Reduce Motion — all honored from your iOS settings.
How do I add my own NMJL card?
From Settings, you can scan a physical card with the camera, pick a photo, or import an image or PDF from Files — up to 6 panels per year. Your card is stored only on your device and is never uploaded or shared.
